Our Passions
Education
We want to see that every single Fijian child has access to education. It’s not expensive to sponsor a child in Fiji because education is subsidised by the government. We assist the most vulnerable kids to go to school or university by supporting their ongoing educational needs.
Housing
Fiji has over 200 squatter settlements in which an estimated 140,000 or more people live. These settlements are characterised by squalid conditions with mainly lean-to shacks without proper running water, electricity and sanitation. We partner with others to help so that Fijians do not have to subsist in such a way.
Health
In comparison to its Pacific Island neighbours, Fiji's health care system is relatively better developed. However, the sector including handicapped care, aged care, and mental health services are constrained by a lack of funding, equipment, and technology. We fund towards addressing these issues.
Emergency Relief/Special Projects
We activate when an urgent appeal needs to be launched and/or an intervention is required. This may include, but is not limited to, natural or humanitarian disasters, emergency medical needs, loss of life/lives or property, etc. We do this on a case-by-case basis.
